Terrible customer service, no one to help, miserable people on the check out. Not sure they even wanted my $$$!!!! Won't be back.
Stopped in the get some real winter boots, gloves and snowpants. The guy in the shoe section was attentive, prompt and helpful. Went back towards the gloves and snow pants and a rep was helping a customer and acted like i wasnt even present. Once she finished with him she decided not to ask me if i had any questions or needed help. The two other customer service reps walked around looking at me but never asked if i needed assistance. Awesome place to shop, great prices
We went into Joe’s last night, very confused about skis and boots for my son. We just started skiing last year. Jim was so patient and helpful and made sure we were buying what was right for us. I will always shop at Joe’s in the future. You have a new customer!

Went there to buy some ski boots for my daughter. Waited 30 min and couldn’t get any help from the sales rep. Went home and ordered the same boots online for cheaper. Thanks Joe, I won’t be back!
Great ski sake, but frustrated with an obnoxious sales rep in firearms. Apparently Joe's no longer carries the ammunition for my rifle. I asked the rep about it, and his response was to insinuate in a smartass way that u shouldn't be using that rifle, that I needed to upgrade. Agreed, I definitely need to upgrade where I shop!
