Ben is upfront, honest, and is an amazing tech!! He will tackle anything you bring to him and keeps you in the loop the entire time! I don't see myself taking my amps anywhere else! Joe's Amps is my spot!!

Ben has worked on two of my amps, a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe guitar amp and a Gallien-Krueger 2x10 bass combo. Both times he was prompt and professional with his service, and even charged me less than he quoted me on the bass amp repair. If you're looking for a solid local amp repair shop, give Ben a shot.
This place is awesome! If you need a great amp guy, talk to Ben, he's one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If you need guitar work done, talk to Jacques, he's the other nicest person you'll ever meet. Jacques set up my Telecaster and it is now the best playing, best sounding guitar I own. Look no further in Austin for a great all-around tech shop for your gear!
