I have ate at the Frankfort Ave location many times. Today was my first day at the Middletown location and I was dissappointed. The food did not taste the same as Frankfort Ave. We had to wait 40 minutes for our food and that was after the 30 minute wait in line to order. The ice machine is not working. Went this evening and entered the restaurant at 5pm. We didn't receive any food at our table until 6pm (this was after waiting in line for over 30minutes as they only had one register open). Of the five entrees ordered, two were brought out then two more. We were missing an entree and one of the entrees we received was incorrect. We were told the deliverer would be "right back." This is a must try! The food is made fresh to order, staff very friendly. Kale salad, chicken w/spiked honey and Joella's sauce, fries, Mac & cheese! It's ALL GOOD!
