We enjoyed the chicken, wings and all of the assorted sides! We will definitely return!
Jenny and I love Joella's. We introduced her sister, Shirley, to Joella's yesterday. Shirley lives it as well and she lives about 10 away from the Middletown place. Only thing that could make Joella's better is if they could open a place in the south end !
By FAR my favorite hot Nashville style chicken restaurant in Louisville...and we have a few competing here!! I can't say anything bad about the others, because there's nothing bad to say, but Joella's is the winner in my book. Flavor, service, great deals! They're wonderful. If you're new...I suggest "Ella's fave". ;)
Closest thing I've had to Flabby's since they closed. Enjoyed it. Good crust on chicken. Inside was tender and juicy. Will go back again.
Liked the concept but crust was heavy and thick. And it was so expensive. Didn't care for it.
Joella's is such a fantastic addition to Middletown. We went for a late lunch today, and the food and service was amazing. We are always looking for Vegan options, and their vegan "chicken" is so yummy! Dory was delightful and so hospitable. We will be back.
My husband And I first time today. Prob wont be back. Fries were cold and for $25 I can find better place eat food
Just wrapping up dinner at Joella's and what a cool place! Food is great and quick, like shockingly quick on a Fri evening. Family shared the chicken platter and four sides. Sauces are definitely good, we got the Tweener and Ella's Fav, and they were awesome. Oh and the Ranch dressing is probably the best I've ever had. I literally just had the tastiest chicken I have ever had in my life! Joelle's HOT Chicken in Middletown was awesome! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was great! I only wish they had cornbread. I had the quarter Dinner with green beans and Mac & cheese, I choose the "Tweener" as the level of hotness ( heat) for my chicken ( that is one step above the regular).
