The food was awesome. Also the soda was amazing! This might just be the best chicken in town.

I love the food here but the service is always subpar. The cashiers don't always know if the sides are vegan or not and it seems like they always forget something when they bring our food out. They're always nice about it and get it right away but it can be annoying. Definitely thinking twice about the next time I go.
Chicken was barely warm. Fries were cold. Asked for them to be reheated but still came back cold. Did receive two free meals for compensation so will try again soon. Chicken tasted really good and was not dried out.

First time in my life I can't finish a chicken tender due to the heat. Fire in DA hole sauce at joella's hot chicken. Very nice service thank you Morgan!
I went for lunch and the food was wonderful. The food was brought out in good timing and the atmosphere was quite pleasant.
