I loved it !!! Truly the best chicken in Louisville !!!
I have only had one bad experience there and that was a couple of weeks ago. I stopped in with someone that has never been. He was tired of hearing me rave about the place and service at the bar. Of course the one time I bring someone new we sit at bar and get totally ignored! I understand the 2 people at register had a line and they were busy but the gray hair guy that was filling the slushy things and checking ice in the pop area never once said "someone will be with you" or even, "I'm sorry we are short staffed and not se... read more

The chicken is good- I got the southern and it was quite tasty. But what was better was the service! Thanks for a pleasant early evening with my friends.
The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the spice honey chicken and my friends had the no heat chicken and we all said it was delicious. The slaw, potato salad, and fries were fantastic. The owners sister Dori checked on us and had us sample the banana pudding. It was so good. We will definitely be coming back.
My New Fave. The chicken was top notch with the red potatoe salad and kale salad. Will be eating here more often
First time trying this place out and the customer service was out of this world. By far the best that I have seen in a very long time. Our food came out so quick it was unbelievable. I felt like I was at home the way that we was treated. Thank you so much Dori for your hospitality. Also you have to have the Deep fried Nutella poppers and the homemade banana pudding
Was a bit crowded and chaotic for 7:30 but we received our food in about 20 minutes and that is fine by me...if we wanted fast food we would dine elsewhere. I have dined at the Frankfort Ave location but enjoyed the expansiveness of this spot much more. 2 complaints...tables for 4 on the patio are too small to put the food on and a few staff members were not pleasant as they frustratingly searched for table numbers to match up the food.
