Our new favorite restaurant in Louisville! The food was delicious and the service was some of the best we've ever had. The pimento cheese fried chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. Everything we eat was made from scratch. Goodbye Zaxbys, Hello Joella's!
Wow, lots of great flavors, really enjoyed the kale salad I chose with my quarter white. I am not a stranger to heat I fact I relish and enjoy the sensation capsaicin. I make Korean food at home. The gentle beading of sweat on your forehead and the immediate improvement of sinus conditions are enjoyable . I asked for the HOT and I wish I hadn't. It was not really enjoyable to eat the chicken. We have loved Joella's since our first meal there months ago, but we love it better now after the incredible hospitality offered us by Dory at the Middletown location! The food is always fresh and delicious and the options for our family (some who are vegan) are incredible, but the hospitality is the most important! What a great way to end our evening with dinner here! If you come to this location, be sure to FIND DORY! #findingdory
I LOVE JOELLA'S!!!!!! My first experience was more than I could ever imagine. I got the tweener jumbo tenders and broccoli slaw and potato salad and I could eat it every day! Dorianna took such wonderful care of us, free banana puddings!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!
My mom and I tried Joella's for the first time and were definitely impressed! The food was great, I love the made-from-scratch quality. Good southern fried chicken is hard to come by, but I loved their southern style/no heat chicken. It did take my mom's food a little longer than mine to come out, but when we asked about it, the manager gave us 2 free chicken plate coupons. We also recieved apologies from him and the owner's sister. She even gave us banana pudding on the house! The wait is worth while!!
Went last night for dinner with friends. It was crowded but seemed to move quickly. Service was excellent and we got to chat with the owner for a while. Had chicken and waffles it was delicious. Also had sides of green beans and Mac and cheese. They were both delicious. Oh well got treated to banana pudding which was yummy. Try it , it's worth the line.
Great service and even better food. Was worth the wait. Food was out in less then 10 minutes from ordering. I will be back.
The staff has been nothing but helpful after our first experience was slow because of a deep fryer fail. Bruce and Tony are two fantastic individuals who wanted to make sure my family and I were well taken care of! Not to mention the food is insane! It might be the best fried chicken I have ever had! I cannot wait to go back and try more options from the Middletown location!! Great job guys!!
