Visiting from Chattanooga and tried Joelle's for the first time. Both the food and service were phenomenal!! We'll definitely come back when we're in the area!! ��
Not only was the seasoning on the chicken (southern fried) awful, but it was almost too salty to eat. It was like a creole type seasoning with more salt and a hint of something sweet. The fries were just as salty and soggy. The waffles that we got with our chicken and waffles were ok but I expect my waffles to be nice and dense, and these were more like fluffy pancakes. I thought it was just a little place on the corner of the strip- so much bigger inside with fun decor and atmosphere, great drinks and oh my word! -THE CHICKEN!

They made an error in my order and was my first experience there..... at first was a bit set back as the waitress wasn't to friendly about it.... However, manager and other gentlemen that served me were excellent. Even got extra sides for waiting and banana pudding. Was pleased with the food, the flavor and the overall service. The A/c was out and since working outside all day, that was a bummer.. but I'd definitely go back!!
RecommendedThe chicken is GREAT...but the customer server need some help. When i walked into Joella's the two servers that wrre losing a section did indeed speak. They smiled and I was feeling good about that. The young man that took my order was friendly, not smile friendly but, welcoming. My concern was with the young lady who bring me my food... issue. You're bring out the food, im not sure how instrumental she was in preparing it but, demeanor is very important for customers satisfaction!....No napkins were with my other...its chic... read more
