Joel helped us with the sale of a small commercial building in Halifax. He was very attentive and always available and helpful. We would highly recommend him for any real estate transaction.

Joel is an excellent real estate agent. He is equal parts kind and honest. He helped me buy and sell my first property. I could not have done it without his counsel and steady hand. It's a turn-key experience with Joel. Highly recommend.
