They waitress took a while to take our order & all meals had crab legs l had to ask the hotess to get utensils to crack the crab legs my 1 year old grandson was counted so the waitress could get a extra 2% on gratuity which was 18% $35 for poor service the waitress (Kat) gave me the wrong change,but l stopped her if you going to jip somebody at least know how to count & the seating was horrible no back support with long wait times you guys need better seating l thought it was going to a great evening,and over look the bad re... read more
RecommendedIt was my boyfriend birthday... First off they advertise the Tuesday special and it’s not available. 😒 then we order a regular snow crab bag and a king crab bag and 2 margaritas... the margaritas were 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 and to top it off I waited an hour and a half for the waitress to tell me that there is no more Regular Snow Crab Legs or Kind Crab Legs🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ ONLY SHRIMP. Service is so slow. my friend and I waited 20 minutes to even place our order. 45 minutes later, the waiter has told me for the fourth time that my food will be right out. my friend ended up finishing getting her fried combo platter at the hour mark.... fish was cooked in old greese, chicken was cold, fries were undercooked and loaded in oil. Horrible service. The staff left us waiting long periods at a time. When we manage to get someone’s attention, they have attitudes in their voice as if we’re bothering them. I enjoyed the food, but the service left a bad impression for me.
