I’ve been in here before and today the service was HORRIBLE!!! Came here for my best friend birthday on a hot summer Chicago day. The inside was hotter than outside! Then they have MINORS serving...none of them know the drink menu and no one has a drink menu to give. After a wait...we get our food. We had to ask for EVERYTHING...napkins, sauce, etc. So after that we ask for a manager NO ONE seems to know where the manager is located. My best friend calls and they give her the run around.
