RecommendedSecond time going and the food was great. Our waitress was awesome.
The staff or waitress who served our group was friendly and attentive. the wait for food was a little long but it's prepared fresh per order. The food came hot and was delicious and plenty. The drink we had was delicious and not watered down. It's not the best decor but it's alright! I would return and let friends know about this spot.

The food is delicious but while at the Harvey location they tried to charge my sister and I gratuity for a 4 person meal, when we are obviously ONLY 2 people!! They claimed that the meal which consists of only 4 clusters and 20 shrimp was a 4 person meal!! At the door, it CLEARLY states that automatic gratuity is added to PARTIES of 3 or more!! The owner needs to either clarify the 'Joe Willie's gratuity rule' or rectify the confusion!
