First time here & worst experience ever with any restaurant I’ve ever been to with customer service...we arrived at 4pm & didn’t get even a glass of water until 6pm...we had to wait 30 mins to be seated & over a hr for our food & customer service was really horrible...Then they had the audacity to put a 30 dollar tip automatically on our bill for the waitress...the cops had to get called...I don’t mind the gratuity but y’all need better hostesses period...but No matter what you order there is a tip portion that you have to p... read more
Awesome seafood and a great Sunday brunch!
The crabs were absolutely amazing. Added garlic butter and Cajun seasoning to it. The chicken was seasoned so good along with the special sauce. My family really enjoyed eating there. Family friendly atmosphere. I will be back.
Went there on 9/9/17 with a large group and the service sucks some of my guest food came out cold and the waitress was so unprofessional had a terrible attitude the food that did arrive and was hot/warm was good though
The host acted like angry man off Martin..... the service sucked at least the food was good .... skimpy but good
Went for the Superbowl party and birthday celebration. I only had the wings that night and they were served hot and was really good. Music was good and service was good. Plan to go again.
We came here in the summer, but just had drinks. We came back yesterday to eat....bad move. We ordered the special, the 1/2 shrimp and crableg boil. The book had a half of a half cob of corn: the crab legs were overcooked and the shrimp had basically no flavor. The alligator was good as was the sauce and the catfish strips. The parking lot was very icy, no salt had been put down and although we informed the staff when we arrived, they still had not salted the parking lot or the walkway by the time our dinner was over. Great food, great customer service, great music! Enough for a great experience. I got the shrimp and grits and they were the best I've had on forever. Great vibe and everything. Please check it out, you'll love it!
