Recommendedit was really good, tase buds went off at the first bite! everything was perfect. I'm very picky when it comes to seafood and man I have to say this is it! thank you for everything you guys are amazing ❤️.
I was very pleased on how organized you all were today with taking orders and calling us when it was ready and everyone kept their distance.

They have a Facebook advertisement which is false(The Lil Pootie DOES NOT come with a pitcher of lemonade). The food advertised also was false and what we got after almost a 3 hour wait was over cooked. (Extra small lobsters and skinny crab legs). While the cashier greeted us and was personable, the staff was highly unprofessional. When requesting a refund, they then rushed orders in an effort to prevent money loss. I have heard so many good things about this place. Too bad I’ll never know. I drove all the way to the restaurant at 5:30 PM on Thursday 4/23/20 and they were closed. How disappointed I was. I had to waste my time with all that driving and then only to drive more to get Red Lobster instead. Question... What days are you open in case I ever want to go back?!???!
This s*** is terrible. (You get what you pay for cause it is cheap) The sauce in the seafood bags taste like chicken broth. Customer service is terrible, they are very argumentative and inconsiderate. I waited almost a hour for the shrimp and crab leg bag . They said they was gonna call me when it was ready, never got the call . I'm overly impressed. I got the pookie man. it's enough for 2 ppl. it's so worth the money and drive. due to corona, its only a few ppl let in at a time then you sit in your car and hey will call you when it's ready. don't let the line outside fool you. I waited in line for 20mins and got my food in 10mins. good customer service. only thing I wish they have spicer season. otherwise it was fire (I added my own from home)
Very slow service wait time is over an hour !
I waited an hour for a pound of shrimp and never got them. They called me back two hours later telling me my food was ready not knowing I asked for a refund a long time ago. There were at least 5 other people in the restaurant angry about the wait also.
