My husband surprised me for my birthday weekend with 10 friends at Joe Willies. The vibe started off perfect. However! it quickly went left. The waitress took our drink order and then our food order. The food took 56 minutes to come out. I was done eating by the time my sister got her food. After such poor service, we were charged 20% gratuity per person.The owner, Kim, said that she told us. I usually go here and enjoy myself. Today the service was terrible. My waiter was the worst well most of them were terrible. My waiter was cussing on the phone. Went out side started recording another waiter twerking. This is when I knew it was beyond me. The host was holding an conversation on her cell phone and waiting tables at the same time. My food was over cooked after waiting 2 hours for it to come out. I really thought I had a summer spot this was about to be my hott girl summer city girl minus the baby.
I love ❤️ Kim she’s about her business she walks to every table and make sure her guests are satisfied she’s warm and friendly the food is always amazing this is my favorite place to bring family and friends congratulations on your west side location my daughter loves her as well
Horrible slow service!!! The servers were extremely forgetful and I never received my water !!!
