Our waitress was great, the food was ok! But the real reason I am writing this review is because #1 the bathrooms are ridiculously gross. NO TISSUE (good thing I looked first), the sink was just all around 9 I had to make my daughter was her hands she didn’t want to touch the sink, the door of the restroom was suppose to be white but it was beyond dirty all around the handle & frame was brown and black . No paper towels to dry your hands with so there is no way you coils avoid touching that nasty door. #2 it was freezing by ... read more
Very poor customer service and long wait time. Really poor management that doesn’t know how to accommodate the customers for the bad service. O and they’ll will call their crook cop friends to rudely escort you if you speak up about the service. Just all bad.

Terrible.....dnt order the alligator... it was 6-7 very small pieces for $12 ..... I received 1&1/2 crab legs .... 1 cluster was missing 1 leg .... the other was missing 2 .... they have no shell crackers .... and there was no sauce in the bottom of my bag ..... it was literally like 2 table spoons Of unseasoned butter .... 1drink menu for the whole restaurant..... good potential, good vibes ... but total fail..

Poor service, requested a manager 3 times within an hour and NO one came to see what we wanted! Real sad it wasn't even crowded and this was my first time coming!
I was there 7/21/18 the food was so good so fresh waitress had a lot of tables but still attentive to us the drinks � simply amazing the popo � and the one with the cooler in it the turkey necks was excellent I’m never disappointed when I go �
I celebrated my birthday on Sunday with 12 members in my family. We had a wonderful experience and our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating, she was constantly checking on my party and making sure our first time experiences was great. We will return again.
