I wanted to support this place so bad that I waited outside for 40 minutes in the heat and was only serviced a cup of water after 20min! The waitresses walked passed us and tended to everyone else but our table. It appeared as if the serviced party was their friends. It was only 3 other patrons there for happy hour but only one table being serviced. Plus 16% gratuity for 3 or more to sit outside? My girls and I went there today to celebrate closing on a house. There for about 40min and no one asked us if we wanted drinks or take our orders. Tried to get someone attention (the owner) and she completely ignored us. Horrible Service!! The crazy part is was only 3 other tables. I wouldn't care if the food was free I will NEVER go back.
No flavor at all....like they just put it in a bag and served it! This was my second visit bcuz the 1st time they had just opened so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope... horrible!
Great food and drinks.
Went there last night with my sister and cousin it was all bad the waitress was never around we got water one time and they charge all us separate fees separated tips and all like it was all bed never again not to forget it was nets flying everywhere the bathroom is nasty floor wet no soap
The customer service is horrible,, the waitress was a teenager she didn’t know the menu or drinks,, in which she shouldn’t have took our drink orders. It was 5 of us only 2 drinks came to our table, after 30 minutes of waiting for 3 more drinks,, the teenagers come to our table and say they ran out of glasses,, strike 2 strike 3 after sitting there 2 hours drinks never came or food.. who run this business? I will never go here or recommend this place again ����������
Went for an earlier dinner on a Friday. Service was good and fast. Food was good, waitress was very nice.
I went there for my birthday, and I was not satisfied at all. The food was good, but the service was very poor. We waited for at least an hour for our food and drinks. To top it off there wasn't any air conditioning. I don't like to bad mouth black businesses, but people have to know!
