Joe and his staff did an amazing job with the short sale of my house! I had an offer on the house in less than three weeks!! Having relocated out of state, I was exceptionally pleased with how well he looked after things and provided resources when I needed to have some work done. I worked with Ariane Varlotta from the Joe Tosco office on buying a home in the Collegeville, PA area. This was a relocation from North Carolina with limited money for a down payment and a short time-frame. We first contacted the office regarding renting a home, but after discussing our options with Ariane, we decided to purchase instead. This is the worst business relationship I have ever had to deal with. The office does not respond to e-mails or telephone calls unless you contact them multiple times. At one point I couldn't get anyone to call me back or e-mail so I had to show up at the office unannounced. I definitely would not put an offer in on one of the short sales. They don't seem to know what they are doing and their negotiating company is just as clueless.

Joe made buying my first house a fun and fairly easy process. I don't have anyone to compare him to, but after speaking to contractors and lenders and other people in the business, it's not a surprise to hear how highly people speak of him. I started recommending him even before we found our own house.

Their experience ranged from <5 years to > 25 years in the industry and spanned most of the major and some of the lesser known real estate companies.
