Ariane is very easy to work with. She always responded quickly to my questions. Great teamwork in the office. When she couldn't make a showing she would send joe or someone else to accommodate my schedule. the entire team was very friendly and flexible. Brittany handled all the paperwork with ease over email and docu sign.

I couldn't say enough about the way Bonaventure Realty handled the sale of my home. Everything was explained up front with no surprises. I was given expert advise on what to do before being listed. I found Joe and his team at Bonaventure Realty to treat the customer like family. Their unified goal was to get me the best price for my house and get me the best price on a new one. There were some bumps in the road during the transactions, but everyone worked together to get to our goal! As far as responsiveness, I am EXTREMELY high maintenance, but Brittany (Director of Sales) or Karen would always be there to hold my hand and answer any questions when Joe was not available.
