I Highly recommend Joe! I know a lot of Realtors and Joe is truly passionate about what he does. He will go above and beyond to sell your home and will keep you updated on the status of your property on a regular basis. He is a very caring Realtor and truly is looking out for your best interest. I do not think you would go wrong listing your home with Joe, he is great at what he does.

I met Joe Tosco in February 2010 as the Listing Agent for a property I was interested in. I was interested in taking advantage of $8,000 first-time home buyer's credit but hadn't found an agent of my own. I explained my situation to Joe and even though the initial property wasn't for me he expressed his interest to serve as my agent and the very next day offered me choices of other homes in the area that he thought would fit my needs. Joe was great with his presentation skills and I was excited to work with him. Sadly once we signed and he left I had a hard time getting him to call me back. The customer service was lacking. I had to ask for someone else to hanlde my file.
