State Farm is a good company as long as you do not make a claim. We made a claim almost two months ago and the adjuster cancelled the first appointment, and has yet to make another or respond to any phone calls. I guess we are supposed to pay in all of this money and expect nothing in return.
So tired of StateFarm raising rates on seniors who drive less than the idiots on the road now and getting charged less for insurance. Seniors are not causing the accidents....it's the 16-40 year olds!! What rip off. I've been a customer since 1972....tomorrow, no more. Changing insurance companies who are more fair. So tired of paying State Farms to fund their huge buildings all around ******* and auto clai.m accidents caused by the before mentioned 16-40 years. We have state farm homeowners insurance since 2007 til present we had hail damage had 3 different adjusters come out all say the same thing the adjuster David from state farm denied our claim four neighbors had hail damage and they all have new roofs we have water damage in our front and living room they refuse to honor our claim going to tell everyone and social media not to go through state farm very disappointed they don't deserve a star
Ms. Fida Yasin is so kind, resourceful, knowledgeable, personable, and funny. It seems like we knew each other from years before. And, this was the first time we spoke about policy at State Farm. It was like talking to one of my friends with knowledge of State Farm policy and procedures. The worst insurance company ever I am so let down by the service, they keep sending cards that are out of date, their app does not work and the stalk you about your tracker they put on your car. The Hilo Hawaii office always blowing smoke up my *** never being truthful
When I was around 35 they cancelled me because I was “due for an accident” What a joke.
Garbage. I have been a customer since I started driving when I was 16. I am 36 now. 20 years with nearly no accidents until the last 2. I have been down on my luck. One accident was in winter when I hit a fence. If the fence wasn't in the right-of-way, I'd have just hit snowy grass. The next was while I had a broken foot and used my dads truck. After a long long relationship with StateFarm, over 20+ years, time to move on. When we called to get help lowering our rates, we were told, insurance went up for everyone. NO discount for no claims filed in 9 years. No accidents, no tickets. When we canceled, we were told "ok". I can't even express how terrible it feels our good standing and YEARS of being a customer just simply NEVER MATTERED.
My family was covered by *********** Insurance and was hoping to find a lower quote. My wife was diagnosed with Breast cancer and we needed to find ways to cut back. We contacted State Farm for a quote. Originally they gave us a great quote from their underwriting team that saved us a couple of hundred dollars a month.
