My father-in-law has lived at one of the locations for years. He is having a mold issue, and he has gone to the site manager as well as to the main Joe Moretti location and nothing has been done. It is crazy how no remediation has been done of the apartment. Maintenance states they cannot get on the roof to check the AC, but they can have a company come out. All they say to my husband is they will go out and check, but nothing ever gets done. I have left a message and will see what comes out of this. These are mostly elderly... read more
Excellent customer service and staff and front desk very ckean and good condition safe for living
I went there looking for an apartment for my dad who was accepted on section 8 . The staff was super helpful, the building is in excellent shape. One of the leasing assistants I think she is called Nelmis is amazing, so friendly and kind, she answered all my questions and helped me with this process.
