RecommendedService intake very helpful. Jessie went out of his way to help me with a ride. Only complaint is that you make apt fo 9 am but they don’t start work or realize they have to order part you had scheduled until late afternoon. Would be helpful for us older one car family to not have to bring in till really ready for work.

Our salesman was such a liar. We test drove a truck and it made a noise. Darnell Thomas our salesman sad the noise was nothing. Turns out it wasn’t nothing. The truck needs a new transmission. I understand that we bought it used with high miles and no warranty but the salesman lied to us and the dealership only offered a deal which knocks about $500 less than going through our shop. Angie Hulsey did a great job when I was in for service on my F-150. They were extremely busy, so they took me where I needed to go in the shuttle while my truck was getting finished. I recommend Joe Machens to everyone!!
