No concern for the issue with my vehicle. The service team did not diagnose my vehicle in the manner I stated in which it occurs. States car is operating as it should even without diagnosing properly. Not satisfied and cannot recommend to anyone.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Noticed they didn’t rotate my tires so I went back, reason was “they didn’t need it” is what I was told. Should be what the customer wants is what the customer gets. poor customer service in the service department.

Joe Machens is the place to go when looking for a car. The staff is friendly, professional, well informed, and willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy and satisfied.
