I went to the dealership because my Ford had a noise,the service man called the same day and said they could not find the problem,they gave me a car to drive which I was told was a loaner and when I went to pick up my car they said the car was a rental which was a lie I guess the next time I will read the paperwork and not trust the word of the dealer,sad they also charged me to look at it,what good is a warranty, I guess it not,at least for this dealership

Great customer service, really appreciate the courtesy van ride to work and back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.
Being lied to my face, more than a couple of times! Having to call time and time again with no response! The only person that gave me the time of day was the service manager! I will never buy a car from you again!

UPDATE, AS OF 6/18/2019, THEY ARE WORKING WITH US AND ARE GOING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!we bought a used vehicle, the sales part was great! but 2 weeks after we bought it the check engine light comes on we had it scanned the code said fuel sending unit had. and my husband was washing the vehicle found the bracket that holds headlight in was broke. I contacted them they text me back stating "you are aware you bought a used vehicle" I replied yes but 2 weeks and this happens. no response at all from them. we did drive 5 hours on... read more

I made an appointment 2 days ago to have a tire put on my car. I’ve been here an hour and fifteen minutes and they just put the car on the lift. I was put behind at least 8 other customers who just drove in. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here for service or to buy tires.
