Service Dept. is not well organized. I saw my truck was completed and was sitting outside for 40 minutes while I was going on 3 hours to have oil changed and tires rotated and balanced. Apparently my Service Advisor had gone to lunch and no one else could get the paperwork....... C'ome on man!
