I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jeremy Frank and the care he provided to my son, a competitive soccer player for Inter Miami Academy. We are so sorry that we ended up in this office once. But usually, we give a chance to any situation. Now is the time to say the team is absolutely unprofessional. Every time there are terrible waits at the scheduled appointment time. Not once or twice, but every single time. The women working in the office (who seem completely dissatisfied with their lives) always try to make the visit more and more difficult. The atmosphere is entirely unpleasant, more so evil. Came to the hospital as an emergency with baby UTI and kidney issues. Was told on Thursday that baby needed a scan of the kindney and blader. Some type of specialized scan. Saturday we are told Monday. Monday we are told there is a part missing from the machine and therefore they need to postpone to Tuesday. Unacceptable, since they knew the scan was needed since last week. Also no information is given, we need to keep asking and digging to find out what is going on and how long we have to wait. JDCH is directly responsible for my daughters death. It was a clear case of gross negligence and malpractice. She went to ER 3 times in 9 days, while her lungs were filling up with liquid and she was coughing her life out due to growing cancer, they kept checking her for flu and sending her home citing “normal” until it was too late. The bill for 4 months of cancer treatment and manslaughter of my daughter: a cool $2 mill. Sadly Florida law does NOT allow to see hospitals for more than 200k hence no lawyer will take the case... read more
