I liked dealing with joe basil. I did have one issue. I received text messages informing me of the progress of my truck being done. From the day after I brought it in, it was on track to be finished on Friday at 4:30. At 3:30, I was on my way to pick it up, and just had a thought that maybe I should call to make sure my truck will be ready. I have 3 kids and 3 car seats to deal with so any down time is a struggle to keep my kids occupied.
