I had the worst car buying experience at Joe Basil Chevrolet. It’s a shame as the car was for my son (first one) and they ruined the whole experience start to finish.

Had a pleasant experience buying a car here last week. I came in to see what I could get along with trading in my current car. Darren listened to everything I said and brought a vehicle out that fit everything I needed and wanted as well as would keep me in the payment range I wanted. We signed for our new vehicle on Saturday with Nicole and she was so helpful with my wife and I going through our options for warranties and things we would want. As a ten year customer who has purchased numerous cars over the years when I had problems with my most recent purchase the guy in the service department flat out refused to look at my car. You suck Joe Basil Chevrolet and just lost a good customer. I will bad mouth you and your service department until the end of time.
