after my car was involved in an accident I took my Chevy to them to fix since its minutes from my house. I was told it was going to be done before the holiday weekend, so I planned on having my husband leave work early to bring me to pick up my car. I went for a FREE first oil change in my 2016 Terrain I purchased in Feb. Elsie cam into waiting area with my cabin air filter and my engine air filter. She said that they both needed to be changed. the cost for this would exceed$100.00. Backed into the corner, I made the decision to change only the cabin air filter. The engine air filter did not look bad at all. the cost I had to pay was $57.00 for a filter I found at the Auto Zone web site for $8.99! So, you see, My first oil change was NOT FREE!
