Not once but now twice service department hit my mirror on something but was also charged for a tire rotation that was supposed to be free.

Worst experience in purchasing a vehicle ever! Vehicle wasn’t ready when I was scheduled to pick it up and I say around waiting forever. WOULD NOT EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM!!

While the sales team is competent the service team is lacking. I was sent another review request so here I am with my honest opinion. If it weren’t for the fact my engine for life warranty states that I should receive maintenance services from Basil I’m beginning to rethink my choice. As noted on my account, I am supposed to receive the MVI (multipoint vehicle inspection report) as that is how I keep track of my brakes and tires.
