Had an amazing experience working with Jody and her husband. Being new to Virginia and never having to have a windshield repair they made it super easy. Took care of insurance paperwork and was able to arrange an appointment immediately to help me have it repaired. They were courteous, informative and friendly Great place. Highly recommend these guys.
Jody and her husband were awesome!! I had got a rock chip on 264. I didn't know who I was going to get to fix this, so internet here I go looking and looking and I came across Jodys windshield repair, excellent reviews and I see why!! Same day service, 30 minutes, done! And Jody made sure I had my decals on before I left that's what I call customer service!! luv you guys!!
FAST COURTEOUS SERVICE AND GOT MY INSURANCE TO PAY! Out of pocket $40 compared to $359 at safe lite! REPAIR DONT REPLACE!

I actually went to the "other" company yesterday (the one that advertises on TV), and after they first looked at the wrong car (telling me that I needed to replace my windshield, when all I had was a small "star"), the repair person advised me not to get it fixed because that might cause the damage to get worse. I found Jody's on Google, and I am so glad I did. They did a great job, and the entire experience was so positive. My insurance even paid for the damage (which I didn't expect).
