My son had a procedure with Dr. Chacko. His bedside manner is terrific, with both my son and with me. I felt very confident in his knowledge and his surgical skill. The surgery result was perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Chacko.
He talks quickly but is very willing to slow down and explain things and answer any questions if you ask him. He took excellent care of our son.

Dr. Chacko is a fantastic doctor. He is very kind and patient, especially with an anxious mother like myself! My sons surgery went very well and so did his recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of my child.
Our 6 month old son went in for surgery, and Dr. Chacko was excellent, he was even running ahead of time the day of, the surgery went well and we felt so comfortable.
Dr. Chako did an excellent job with my two younger sons, both of whom required a special procedure. He took time to explain their situations, the procedures, the results. We would recommend him very highly.
Dr. Chacko treated my sons case like it was a waste of time/been there, done that kind of issue. The visit felt rushed, and we waited in the exam room for 45 minutes before anyone came in. Overall, my sons issue was taken care of. However, my main problem is the billing and customer service at this place. TERRIBLE, RUDE, UNHELPFUL. Their billing is very messed up and I'm now in a big mess w/Tricare. Would not recommend-go somewhere else!
Dr. Chacko operated on my son. He was gave very detailed explanations of what was going to happen, right down to drawing diagrams. He was pleasant and answered all of our questions. We came to him looking for a 2nd opinion and found that his overall demeanor and approach to my sons problem was much preferred to first doctor we saw. I would recommend using him for any pediatric urology needs.
Dr Chacko diagnosed a condition in my 5 year old that no doctor had previously (we just moved to the area). The surgery was set up to suit our schedule and concerns. The procedure went very smooth. My son had a very fast recovery and no post-op complications. Just to double check on something a week later, I called his office and was able to speak directly to Dr. Chacko. That eased my mind knowing that he was there to answer our questions.
