Joanne was great! She helped us before we arrive in Illinois on providing listings in the areas we were interested in. She also kept us in our price range. When we narrowed in to a target property, Joanne went beyond expectations in photographing and securing vital information needed in enabling us making a decision before we even arrived in Illinois. There is no doubt that we would recommend Joanne Baker to anyone that wants a realtor that will give them a personal touch throughout the their experience. Thank you Joanne!

If you're looking for a realtor, I highly recommend Joanne. She is professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of selling my condo. Always supportive, communicative and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for me.

I cannot recommend Joanne enough. She really does give her clients her all. And this all is a lot! She communicates well, she listens, she finds solutions, she thoroughly knows the market, she is an amazing negotiator, she understands people and she cares.

I will never be able to say enough about Joanne and the job she did for us when we sold our home. She worked hard for us, was super patient through some trying circumstances, and was very pleasant from start to finish. Thank you, Joanne!!

We have used Joanne to sell our house, purchase our lot and recently to sell my parents' home. Our parents' home sold in one day and closed within 30 days. I will definitely use her again and feel confident in recommending her to family and friends.
