I was looking all over for a dainty San Marino chain bracelet, and it was very hard to find. Especially in my size because I have very small wrists, And every jeweler, I spoke to did not want to resize their existing ones (which were thicker than I wanted to begin with). I had almost given up on my search and finally threw a Google image search found JNCY had what I wanted! It didn’t come in my size but she took care of me and made magic happen. I’m so happy with my bracelet

Natacha is the best. Aside from being so patient and kind, she truly took the time to listen to my wants and created a timeless piece for me! I had been wanting my babies birthstones in a ring but wasn’t quite sure how I wanted the piece to look.
