Great service and excellent movers. Highly recommend! Customer service was on top of everything and very responsive .
Scammer and spammer. Asked for email contact, got 4-5 phone calls a day. No way to cancel. Wouldn't recommend.
JK Moving was fast, efficient, and cost even less than their estimate. I’d lived in my apartment for 21 years and they helped to pack my kitchen and swiftly move the rest of my things really well. Everyone was kind and in touch all the way. Very much appreciated their good work and will recommend them to friends and use them again myself.

On January 14th of 2023, my wife and I sadly left our home in Upstate New York to take up a retirement residence in the greater Denver area. JK has some strengths and their crews are very careful, hard-working, and responsive. Senior management has a problem, however, in accepting responsibility for problems that they cause. In our case, a botched no parking process with DC government led to a 2.5 hour delay and great additional stress. Despite apologies, no compensation. was offered. LESSON FOR MOVES INTO DC. What a disaster! We hired JK to move our daughter's apartment contents from Miami to Philadelphia. Her furniture was badly damaged, but we were compensated nothing despite having purchased supplemental insurance. They did not honor their contract and--what's more--they falsified a document claiming "prior damage". We're disputing the payments with our credit card company, but I wish we never contacted this company in the first place. They're the worst.
Do NOT use JK. Do not give them business. We signed a contract for delivery within a certain number of days. They contracted with another company that couldn’t meet that deadline. They claimed the person who sold us the original contract never should have promised those dates but we HAVE THEM IN WRITING. Three weeks later and we still don’t have our stuff.
