This company doesnt deserve stats. ** must stand Just kidding, were crooks because we got royally screwed.We were told we needed an extra day of packing due to the size of our move. Packers delayed day of and then straight up canceled. They showed up 30 minutes later than their promised window and told us they could pack everything in a day - three hours max the following day. I had an outstanding experience with JK Moving Services for my recent move from ** to **, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The delivery driver, ********, contacted me the evening before my move to inquire about the parking at my apartment complex located near busy downtown ****** for an 18-*******. Excellent service. The team showed up on time, were very professional, and dealt easily with a couple of unexpected problems. I appreciated their extra care and excellent attitude in solving the problems and making sure nothing was dropped or broken. Would definitely recommend them.

I hired JK Moving Services for a cross country move. The issue was with the delivery of the furniture to the new house. The crew that showed up to deliver the furniture was different from the crew that performed the packing and loading. Other than one single runner, placed at the entry door to the house, the delivery crew did not place any protection down to protect the home from damage to the floors, walls, stairs etc. When asked if they planned on doing so they said, "they did not need to as the furniture was all padded". ... read more

This was our 9th move and first time using JK. Weve moved all over the country for work, packed and paid for by work. This was our second move on our own dime. The move before this was not good. The movers were careless with our furniture, walls and floors. This move with JK Moving Services was flawless from beginning to end. ******* customer service. Very reasonable prices. They arrived on for pickup and delivery. I moved from ******** to *********. Everything arrived in good shape. They did a great job packing all my things. I would highly recommend this company. If I move again, will definitely use them.

Very professional, helpful crew. The move from one house to another in the same day was exhausting for me, and all I had to do was give them room placement instructions. Each crew member had a positive attitude and worked hard. Using JK moving took alot of stress out of what is typically a stressful event. The pre move planning and support part of this process was well organized and methodical. They really know what they're doing.

I'd definitely give them 4.5 stars if I could. Short of a **** and scratch here and there, our experience with JK Moving was TOP NOTCH. Three *** in particular stand out in making ** a company that I would certainly recommend to my colleagues. Big misunderstanding regarding the movement of my extensive coin collection which caused me a great deal of inconvenience. Lots of crushed boxes upon arrival. The movers also damaged my bed either during disassembly or subsequent reassembly. They were courteous and hard working, but definitely not my best move.
