Using JK Moving was the best experience me and my family has ever had moving. They took care of everything they moved and ensured that nothing was damaged during the move. I hired JK Moving to move 1 big item 40 miles. Their initial bid was for $800+. I said no. They adjusted it down by changing dates and times and got it down to $488. And after the move, what did they do? Tried to charge me $366 more to get it back to $800+. Fraud pure and simple. This was a classic bait and switch job. PLEASE do not use the guys. We had a great experience with JK Moving. The packing, loading and unloading teams were very professional and excellent to work with. The coordinator and estimator kept us up-to-date on all facets of the move. They met our timeline and delivered in the time window they quoted. Only a couple of minor scuffs and scratches to our belongings, otherwise everything showed up the way it left our house. Excellent company to work with.
