The ** crew were prompt, communicated well, and provide a pleasant experience with the initial packing and loading. I would like to provide a shout out to ***** who led the packing team and ***************** the driver who orchestrated the loading and transport team. These people come into your house and pretend to care and be a top notch company. You once they damage your house they are quick to scam you and avoid responsibility. They say they have high standards and move the white house..l this is the worst company in all of military moves 26 years. They lie beware of the facade. Dont trust them at all I told them about damage and they never annotated and then outright lied. Brand new house and they damaged my frig from packing the kitchen. Professional, kind, and helpful jk moving is responsive and makes their service easy to use. Even though we wound up not moving across state lines, the team went above and beyond to assist me and has recommended local movers. Could not recommend them more.

I would give a -10 if I could. Low balled the bid to get the contract, came in $10k higher than estimate, demanded immediate payment or would not deliver the next day. Boxes came off truck crushed and split open because they short packed the boxes, which increased the price! The unpackers did not unpack the boxes we paid to have unpacked. They shoved boxes into any room until the room was full. We had to hire people to pull out all the boxes and sort them by room. We had to pay for someone to help unpack. Efficient, well organized, respectful, friendly. Proactive, easy to reach, quick to respond. Accurate, fair quote, easy payment. They helped me move two households from Texas to North Carolina. I called on Friday. They came early Monday morning as promised, wrapped and loaded within just a few hours, and safely delivered and carefully unloaded Thursday morning.

Certainly had the A Team for our move. Guys did a fabulous job with everything arriving in great condition. Had one large bookcase that couldn’t go down the stairs so they levered it off the balcony! Very friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to work with! Exceeded our expectations.
