My daughter went to get a wash and blow dry but came out with the back of her hair still natural and the front as if a permed was applied when I called to complain and ask what did the put in my daughter hair that her hair is straight and the curls gone they told me that the flat iron was to hot and it damaged the hair and to cut it off really
