Horrible customer service and Terrible communication skills. I called asking about a 2007 Tacoma and was sent pictures of a 2015 Tacoma. He insisted I had the wrong car information.. We talked over the phone several times before driving 2 hours to test drive and every time we talked I made sure we were talking about the correct truck he said yes. Still working with Marcus at JJ's. Since we are quite a few miles away the dealership has been wonderful in answering any questions before I drive 3 hours to see the car. Overall good experience.
