I live 1800 miles away and wanted to purchase this 06 Yukon Denali, I've been looking for over a year for one like this. I had my credit ran and was pre approved for the Yukon through my local bank. I called them Friday said I will take it and have it shipped to me and I will take care of all the shipping arrangements. I was contacted quickly. Agent knew everything about the vehicle. I was unable to follow through because my mother took a fall that evening. I will highly consider buying a car from JJ's in the very near future.

They got back to me in a timely manner
Very disappointed in this dealership, they didn't follow through with anything they had said thei would do and frankly didn't show any desire to get me into a car that would work. I think they want everything in there hands, and don't want to have to do any work.
Dealer told me they perform a full inspection of all their vehicles. I asked to have the vehicle taken to a mechanic of my choice for an inspection, they were very nice to do so. The mechanic found that the car had a leaky water pump and cracked serpentine belt and quoted it as a $700 fix, no big deal. Based on the car's issues, I asked the dealer to drop the price from $37k to $36k, they said no. We parted ways.
Took them a while to respond but none the less I got response. Considering there in between corner dealership and big lot dealership status, there appraisal for trade in was I expected from this type of dealership, a bit low compared to trade in value from kbb and carfax. But none the less they where still respectful something not common in dealerships.
