I totally agree with someone who says one star is even generous for this doctor, Jiyon Hwang -Ki, I want to give her minus -0. She is VERY VERY rude, confrontational, impolite, disrespectful argumentative, and often yelling at patients. Make me wonder if she is a Real Doctor. !!! Honestly, 1 star even feel generous! I visited 황지연 내과 for internal medicine care and was disappointed with the experience. For common cold symptoms, I was advised to undergo tests that did not seem necessary. For ongoing symptoms, I was given medication but did not receive adequate follow-up. Tests were ordered through this clinic, but I was never contacted about the results. I later learned, only after reaching out myself, that an important finding had already been identified. Do not see this doctor. She treats patients based on her own mood and shows absolutely no responsibility as a medical professional. She is rude, unprofessional, and only cares about making money, not about her patients. She even makes the ridiculous excuse that her low ratings are because patients “don’t listen to her.” Is this what a real doctor looks like? Even the staff who answer the phone are disrespectful. Not by choice but because of limited options of health professionals who can speak Korean, my parent meets with Jiyon Hwang-ki. For the past years, she has very rude and disrespectful to my parent such as being very late to the appointment times and rushing through the diagnosis without asking any questions or concerns about her patient. She oftentimes simply just says what she needs to say, repeats a lot of stuff from past appointments and leaves. You can tell she is only doing this for the money.
