Good food, but there's always something missing from our order. Last time, they failed to add the extra bacon to my sandwich I paid for and specifically asked if it had been added to my sandwich. The lady lied to my face, saying yes. She didn't even bother to check for insurance. If I use this location again, then I'll check my order before walking outside.
This manager is top notch. My last order was tasty but it didn't have the extra's I'd ordered, so I called this in and not only did he inform me of credits I had, but he made it himself and gave me a cookie for my birthday! My only gift today. Quality isn't just the food delivered, it's also the people. Rock on Jimmy John! Tanx William, the sub looked like a food stylist made it!
I live out of town, I come to this area for work. Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite places, I’ve been to this location 3 times now and my order has been wrong every single time. Don’t even bother making customizations to your sandwhich it throws them all for a loop and apparently is too much to handle. I got a #5 no lettuce and no cap add pickles, bbq chips, kickin ranch and a coke. We have been ordering from this place for years getting delivered we place our order today and all of a sudden we aren't in the delivery circle......what kind of bullshit is this....WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN
