Ordered online and they did not get anything right. You would think what you would want to add or take away, that who ever is making the food was able to understand. Plus if I order off of the app or website, I would expect an employee to deliver my order not a secondary party.
The girl at the register told me that I couldn't get my sandwich toasted unless I put mayo on it! I'm not sure when this rule went into effect but I've order there recently and had my sandwich toasted without mayo. On a previous visit my order was missing items. This location is poorly managed and definitely needs some changes
I ordered 2 Italian clubs, 1 chocolate chip cookie, and 1 sprite. The order was delivered quickly but they forgot the cookie. So I called to tell them and within 10 minutes they delivered that single cookie right to my door! Excellent service and the sandwiches were delicious!
I love Jimmy John's, but I haven't had any issues with this location.
I get deliveries from this location and it’s really inconsistent. Their motto is “freaky fast” but I ordered 40 minutes ago and it still hasn’t even left the restaurant. Mind you I live less than 2 miles away.
