I understand that everyday isn’t perfect! But when you work in the food service industry, the word service should stand out. Far too many businesses in the industry have employees that have things going on outside of work that they carry behind the counter. Friendly, and enthusiastically ready to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! We can’t all get it right every time but it takes nothing to smile and try!!
This location fulfills on the promise of the franchise. Great sandwiches
There is no freaky fast at this location. A guy yelled at me before coming in they would take forever and he was not wrong. I was going to try and give them a chance but it took 15 minutes just to get my sandwich. That is not normal JJ. Avoid if you have a short lunch break.
Just went to get some lunch. They were clearly busy so I didn’t mind waiting I got my sandwich and didn’t discover until I got back to work that they left the meat off of my sandwich and would only give me a refund if I brought the sandwich back.
they couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it. Our whole office ordered lunch. About half was accurate. No more office lunches from Jimmy Johns. Plenty of other places that actually care.
