Fast, friendly, and made well.
What happen to freaky fast delivery. My hotel is literally one parking lot over. Took 45 minutes to arrive. I called at 30 minutes to check, "we 3rd party our deliveries". Its a $10 tip on a $20 order. Food arrived cold, soggy, and in the trash. Ordered a toasted sub, it was more like a sub warmed in the microwave. Uber driver didn't even look up from his phone to hand me my bag of cold garbage. Will not order from this store again. Store is 3 stars for a reason. AVOID!!
We originally had a very frustrating experience with a catering order for a 25 person group. The order arrived with incorrect sandwiches, missing box labels, incorrect delivery details, and we were disappointed with how the manager on duty handled the follow up. I've been going here for 12 years and it's always been great, but ever since this one guy started working here everything has been slowly changing. The people here seem miserable every time they work with this one guy. I'll not call out names or say who it is, but he sets the whole mood for the store and it's always negative. He's unfriendly and unprofessional. He tries to run a register and make food at the same time which creates cross contamination.
