I've been going here for 12 years and it's always been great, but ever since this one guy started working here everything has been slowly changing. The people here seem miserable every time they work with this one guy. I'll not call out names or say who it is, but he sets the whole mood for the store and it's always negative. He's unfriendly and unprofessional. He tries to run a register and make food at the same time which creates cross contamination. Wonderful staff. Delicious sandwiches. But what's up with no salt and pepper?
The guy (who was doing all the work btw) did make a point to tell us they were understaffed as soon as we walked in. Kudos to that guy who clearly had no help. The girl who was working the cash register didn't really acknowledge us, listen to us, or barley speak to us. So good job to the guy making all the food, refiling the ice, changing the soda syrups and etc all by himself while we were there.
