My family and I have been customers of this Jimmy John’s for well over 6+ years, as we live close to the shop. We have spent a lot of money at this shop over the years. Unfortunately they lost our business today. I placed a pick up order, ran a couple of errands, went to go pick up my order and at the 40 minute mark since ordering, it still wasn’t ready. Definitely fast and the good was good 😊
The service here has really just become sub-par. It's ok for pickup but stay far away from delivery.
Waited 50 minutes for my delivery. It's not the first time. On one occasion was told they hold delivery orders until they have more then. Pitiful
