I just ordered today and called back to complain and talk to. She said she was the manager Brittany. Really not good Customer Service from her. The bread is so hard. You can’t even eat it. I had to throw it away. Ask for a refund. She wasn’t for sure if she could do. It didn’t wanna give me her manager‘s number name. Tell me I had to call back. The general manager stepped out. Do not order from this location. If you like Hart bread go ahead and order poor Customer Service.
Rude service didn’t even say hi or bye or thanks
It should not take 1 goddamn hour to deliver my food when this is less than 2 miles away, do not advertise fast delivery when that is complete BS!! I could've just driven if I knew it was gonna take a whole damn hour! Now my food is cold!
Staff were rude and they were vaping inside? Why vape in your place of work? Can’t be okay with their bosses lol
