My family & I come here for all our birthday meals. Staff always give great service. My favorite is always the prime rib, cooked perfect for me.
Our waitress was amazing along with the salad bar! However we ordered 2 Ribeye's that were $24.99 each and the steak had absolutely no seasoning! The meat itself was great, cooked just right but so bland I had to salt my steak and that was a first for me ever. I would eat there again but they would have to learn to season their steaks.
This was our first trip To Jimm's. We had a wonderful experience. Holly was our waitress and made my husband feel comfortable enough to stay and eat. He has a severe allergy to peanuts and tree nuts. Holly spoke with the cook staff and answered all of my husband's questions regarding menu items that contained nuts. She had to make several trips to the kitchen to ask the questions. We had a wonderful dinner tonight for our anniversary, food was perfect and our server miranda was fantastic.the best service we have had in springfield
I can understand having to shut down due to power outage, limbs are down all over town. I cannot understand why you would not attempt to inform people who made a reservation. You took my phone number when i made the reservation. I had already dropped off my child and was at your front door. 7pm on a Friday all other restaurants are already full with a wait which is why i made a reservation. my brother and I are from Joplin and decided to try jimms...it was one of the best meals I have ever had...the prime rib and lobster were perfect...our waitress was miranda and she got 5 star rating too...what a pleasurable experience...we will definitely be back
We had our 36th anniversary dinner at Jimm's yesterday. We had a delicious meal and a very attentive server. We enjoy dining at Jimm's.
