While doing our tri annual trip to texas we always stay at Greenstay. They recomended your place for a good steak, so we always go here. We loved this place from the get go. We tried to eat at Jimm's the evening after Valentine's day but your restaurant was so very busy and had a long wait list. Well we returned yesterday for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we returned today for another meal!!! Pat was our waitress both days and what a gem you have in her. She is positive and attentive without being overboard. Well we'll be back. ..maybe tomorrow! ;)
UPDATE: Manager contacted us personally and invited us back to help make up for the 1 bad experience we had there. We went last night for my husband's birthday and they completely redeemed themselves! The service, food and whole experience was 5 stars!! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening! Fantastic experience! Relaxing atmosphere, excellent service, food that came in a timely manner not too quick and not too slow, and food quality was excellent! The escargot was almost as good as what I had in Canada. That's saying a lot LOL
The food was absolutely wonderful! So many original offers and uniqueness! The staff was so nice and helpful!! Seriously I will travel just to come here!!
This is by far my favorite restaurant in Springfield. Always a wonderful meal. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. If you want a great dining experience, look no further!
