The service was impeccable. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. A special shout out to Holly our server who made the entire meal for me and and brothers a enjoyable experience.

The staff really put themselves out there. Cannot beat the service. Lunch is quick and good.

My wife and I were pretty excited to try out Jimms. Needless to say we were let down before we even ordered food. Upon getting there we were told that there was a 20 min wait or we could sit anywhere in the lounge right then. After one look into the lounge we saw several open tables so we went for that option. During our dinner service, the lounge is on a first come, first serve basis until we go on a wait, and then the tables in the lounge are part of our wait as well. If the door to the lounge is closed and we are on a wait in the lobby, our servers are trained throughout dinner service to inform guests that those tables are reserved. Great salad bar and appetizers, but stay away from the prime rib, one quarter of it is all fat and the rest is really tough to chew. Worst prime rib I've ever had.

Hi Mike, Did you visit this evening, Monday August 28th? about one in every 45 to 50 loins may be tough and undesirable. Most of the time we do not know until a guest alerts us and gives us the opportunity to replace it with a cut from another loin.
